Ms. Earline Lay

         Library

Ms. Victoria Earline K. Lay has been teaching for 28 years. She has taught at many of the Johnson County Schools throughout her career. Ms. Lay is currently teaching at Doe Elementary and Laurel Elementary.

She teaches library skills to students in Headstart/PreK through 6th grade.

Ms. Lay attended Berea College for 3 years and earned her BS degree from ETSU. She also earned her Masters degree from Tusculum College.

Her hobbies include quilting and reading.
